You’ve probably been thinking about getting help for a while, not to mention that you could work  things out yourself. Because you’ve tried your best so far, its time to reach out and get a little bit of extra help. 

Also, reaching out for help allows you to be provided with support and strategies to cope with the feelings or thoughts you’re having right now, to get you back on track.

Sessions are also available through video-call (Telehealth) and a Medicare Rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan.
